The Perfect Conversation:
Ah so you have made it. You successfully managed to meet your potential suitor.
Now that the hard part is out of the way, let's take a look at the fun part.
There are several factors in effective communication that will help guide you in
furthering the relationship, as well as, finding out if this person is a good
match.
Learning about the other person:
When you begin any relationship it is important to learn as much as you can to
better understand what makes the other person tick.
When you ask questions it is important to find commonalities in the way the
other person reacts to things. Learning your date's patterns will help you
understand their needs. Asking questions about their passions, likes and
dislikes, will give you a peak into the way they wish to be treated and even
loved.
Remember it is important to listen not just hear your date as they open up. When
you take their needs into consideration you will be sure to shine, and find you
are able to make anyone feel fulfilled. Good communication helps to understand
your date when they are upset or feeling any negative emotion.
Everyone is Unique:
The Goal in communication is not to apply your experience or rules in factoring
what they should feel or do in a particular situation. Understand that they are
unique and have their own needs and rules in how things work for them.
Try to find the pattern that works for them and help them through their needs
and rules to work through any situation. You will be amazed in how effective
this can be in creating a lasting bond and feeling of understanding.
The biggest problem when trying to communicate is that your experience and rules
seem to cloud your impression of other people. What may work for you may not be
logical to another. Our goal in understanding is to appreciate the difference
and selflessly be their for your partner.
When you can understand these guidelines you will be sure to master
communication at a spiritual level and will be appreciated for your amazing
personality.
Give it a try with family, friends, and master with people you can't seem to get
along with. Learn to be selfless and master the spirit in you.
